First things first: organization of the process of briefing, designing, construction and maintaining. As a project manager my responsibility is to be able to conceptualize the project and maintain the big picture view through concept, design, production, launch and installation phases.
Design is based on an explicit understanding of users, tasks, and environments; is driven and refined by user-centered evaluation; and addresses the whole user experience.
User stories are the anchor for working together on what we're going to build and how we'll know if it’s working.
When managing big projects that involve both physical and digital experiences, I like to follow a mixed approach. I use agile methodology (Kanban) for the software development and waterfall for the creation of content such as video, text, images and animations.
